Ways to pay

• Credit and Debit cards - we accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron via Paypal (an online secure merchant tool).

• Cheques - If you wish to pay by cheque please fill out the order form on line and submit it via email or post. I will not process your order until your cheque has been received and cleared.

• Cash - I only accept cash in person. Please send no cash by post.

• I only accept Pounds Sterling.

How to Order

• Online - Use the shopping basket facility online and purchase your goods through Paypal secure payment service. Your order will be emailed to me

• Orders outside UK Mainland - please email order to info@bugalugz.co.uk - an invoice will be raised detailing the postage costs for the destination.

• Post - Fill in the order form and post to me together with a cheque for the amount required. (Email for postal address)

• By email - Fill out the order form on line and submit it via email: info@bugalugz.co.uk Your order will not be processed until cheque has been received and cleared.

How to Order outside UK Mainland

• Please email order to info@bugalugz.co.uk

• An invoice will be raised including the postage costs for the destination specified.

• Bugalugz Cloth nappies reserves the right to cancel any orders received via paypal, for addresses outside the UK, that were not agreed to via email.

• Bugalugz Cloth Nappies reserves the right to recoup any losses as a result of unauthorised orders via paypal

Delivery to the United Kingdom

I intend to have orders despatched within 7 working days of you placing your order.

For cheques please allow an additional 7 working days for the cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail and I cannot be held responsible for the time this takes. I would allow for a minimum of 7 days from despatch to when you receive your goods.

I advise customers to allow 28 days for goods to arrive, this will allow for any unscheduled events. In almost all circumstances your goods will be delivered well before this time.

Charges for UK Mainland postage and packing

The above delivery costs are for UK Mainland only. Please contact by email for a delivery quotation to areas outside UK Mainland.

For all orders destined for addresses outside the UK Mainland please contact Bugalugz prior to ordering you goods. You will be sent an email detailing an "at cost" delivery charge for your items. Bugalugz will then issue  an Invoice via Paypal including the delivery charges to your address. Any customs or tax charges due are entirely the buyers responsibility and no duty will be paid prior to shipment of goods.

Back Orders

If an item is out of stock for any reason your invoice will be indicate that this item has been placed on back order. I will endeavour to inform you of an estimated delivery date.

If paying through Paypal back orders will be charged for as Paypal automatically charges your card for the full amount due.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to me in its new and re-saleable condition within 14 days. Please indicate whether you require a replacement item or refund of the purchase price (excluding P&P). Quoting your invoice number, name and address with all returns will be a great help.

When returning goods, please obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit.

Following the cooling off period refunds and replacement items will only be offered if the goods supplied are faulty. Please take care when ordering to select the correct size and colour of items you require. (Refunds will not be made for items incorrectly ordered.)

All refunds will be made according to the manner in which the initial transaction was made e.g. payment via paypal - refund to paypal, payment via cheque - refund via cheque.

Privacy

Bugalugz will not divulge any information submitted to any third parties.

Email and/or postal newsletters may be sent to customers to inform them of new product lines by Bugalugz which may be of interest to them. If you do not wish to receive these newsletters please email info@bugalugz.co.uk stating as such.
